I love the layout of the apartment, the staff, and the community feel that I get living at Merlo station.

The staff is professional and family oriented. The get things done...fast!

It is a great place to live because it is close to everything like Costco, fred myers, the rec center on walker rd., resturants,etc

Parking is very limited and the only noise problem is the slamming of doors.

Merlo Station is a great place to live, The staff are excellent and the Apartments are amazing. The Parking is challenging and nightly there seems to be trash strewn everywhere, but all in all I love living here. Best Apartment experience in the area

I like living here at Merlo Station.. the management is great and any maintenance needed has been done quickly.. i feel a sense of community living here. There are lots of kids here and cultural diversity as well.. I live close to the playground and sometimes it can get noisy.. but hey.. it is a family complex.. you have to expect that.. I love the free internet and the "open" layout of the apartment too..

I love it, i don't have to pay to wash my clothes, and have a spacious apartment.

Merlo Station is a nice apartment community. The apartments are spacious with a nice floor plan. I love the fact my children are making friends with the neighborhood kids and are getting much needed exercise. The staff people are lovely.

The free internet and spacious apartments are great. You'll be within walking distance of the MAX line, but you won't be able to sleep in most days if you live anywhere near the complex playground.

It's nicely kept and well-cared for! It's full of people who care for eachother and is a GREAT place for anyone that has kids . . . there will always be someone to play with outside! The maintenance gets taken care of very quickly and the cultural diversity is very cool. Like the other individual that posted, parking's kind of tight but there is a four hour limit to the visitor parking from 8am - 8pm, making the few spots available more accesible to those who need them. It's well lit at night and I feel very safe walking from my car to my door. The rent is very affordable for the amount of space you recieve and the quality of craftsmanship in each apartment is above any other apartment I've looked at for the price. I LOVE that there's no smoking within 25 feet of the buildings/property . . . meaning that the sidewalks around the perimeter are as close at they can get while smoking. All in all, it's a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone that's looking for an insane amount of space for the price and a place they can be proud to call home.
